A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to hold
your reservation.
When we receive your deposit we will send you a contract with
directions.
The balance is due at time of occupancy. Please make check's
payable to Mildoc's.
Cancellation Policy: All but $50.00 of your deposit will be
returned with 2 weeks notice.
