2012 Season Reservations

Summer: 
$975 - $1,175/week, 
$4,230 - $4,700/month

Off Season: 
$125 - $175/night
$775 - $975/week
$3,510 - $3,900/month 

6^th  Person $25. Per Night
NO CHARGE IF 6TH PERSON IS INFANT

A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to hold your reservation.
When we receive your deposit we will send you a contract with directions.
The balance is due at time of occupancy.  Please make check's payable to Mildoc's.

Cancellation Policy: All but $50.00 of your deposit will be returned with 2 weeks notice.
